The objective of this project was to foster adherence to constitutionalism on the 2/3rd gender principle and representation of marginalized groups in leadership and governance. This was achieved through mobilizing support from stakeholders for an increased push for implementation of the 2/3rd gender principle and representation of marginalized community groups. The other objective was to build the capacity of political parties and women in political party leagues on inclusivity to ensure implementation of governance structures that provide an enabling environment for women leadership and representation of marginalized groups in leadership. Under this project we have also done research on women representation in elective and appointive positions both by the executive and political parties so as to inform future interventions and score performance of parties.
